In order to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, we find it helpful to provide you with some functional and structural information.
Check-In
You can check in at our facility from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
To ensure the best welcome, we kindly request that you inform us of your estimated arrival time and, in any case, promptly notify us of any delays at the following phone numbers:

Upon your arrival, you will find a set of bedding (sheets and towels) at your disposal. For stays longer than a week, complimentary linen changes are provided. An additional linen change can be requested at a cost of €8.00 per person.
Check-out
on the day of departure, every guest is required to vacate the room by 10:00 am.
Luggage storage
You are allowed to leave your luggage at the facility free of charge and retrieve it no later than 6:00 PM.
Late check-out
Upon request and subject to room/apartment availability, you may stay at the facility until 6:00 PM on the day of departure. This incurs an additional fee of €40.00 on the room rate.
Common room
We kindly ask you to maintain a certain level of order and cleanliness when using the common room and refrigerator.
Payment
At the time of booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required via bank transfer to Azienda Agricola Cirio Lorenzo, IBAN: IT61VO306949410100000015157. The remaining balance must be settled by the evening before departure. We accept payments in cash, credit card, debit card, Satispay, bank transfer, or pay by link.
Pets
We gladly welcome your pets with prior authorization and a one-time supplement of €20. Please be sure to adhere to common hygiene and common-sense rules when managing your pets and, in any case, refrain from allowing them on beds and sofas.
Wi-Fi
The facility offers free Wi-Fi in the common room. The network name is “casacirio_guest“. If you are interested, please ask for the password upon arrival.
No smoking
Smoking is prohibited in any area of the facility.
Respect for peace and quiet
Peace and quiet are among our greatest assets: please respect them!
We request that you maintain behaviour that does not disturb others at any time of the day, especially from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Conservation of resources and environmental consciousness
You have chosen a vacation in direct contact with nature; please help us respect and safeguard the environment by limiting water and electricity consumption, turning off lights and the air conditioner when not in use or when unnecessary.
Recycling
We care about environmental protection, thus we practice waste sorting.
Please do the same by disposing of your separated waste in the appropriate bins located in the common room and in the grey chest on the access road to the facility (via Bolla).
